Quality and safety:
Not a manual, but a mindset
Quality and safety go hand in hand for us. Together, they form the foundation of our company and the systems we develop.
Powder mixing and liquid mixing is an essential part of the production process. From product properties and desired quantities to production environment conditions and hygiene requirements: everything needs to be customized.
Do you want to know how to mix powders correctly or mix liquids accurately? Mixing your product requires a mixing system that takes numerous factors into account:
These are just some of the many questions that need to be answered in order to design a mixing system that does justice to your product. From the type of agitator and the speed of mixing to the saturation level and interaction with the dosing system: it all has to be tailored to your product and the process it goes through. Powder mixing or liquid mixing, but completely customized.
RIJKERS has been specializing in mixing technology for decades: both powder mixing and liquid mixing for critical markets such as the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We make absolutely no concessions in the area of risk management and focus completely on the reliability and continuity of your processes. That is why we only provide tailored solutions in the field of mixing technology.
Would you like to know what your system will look like early on, for instance how much space it will take up and what the installation will cost? Then pre-engineering offers the solution.
We are on site, on the shop floor of our customers almost every day to commission, expand and optimize systems, or for service and support. That's why we understand the best practices like no other and know the do's and don'ts. We don't just look at your specific needs during the pre-engineering phase, we also apply our in-house knowledge and experience to achieve the highest level of operational reliability for your equipment. After the pre-engineering phase, we can determine the required budget and give you time to make a well-informed decision.
Mixing is mainly applied in complete process systems with a combination of conveying and dosing, but can also be applied separately and/or as modular process skid.
Different mixing options
We produce specific mixing systems for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
In doing so, we mainly use stainless steel with the highest degree of finish for both the mixing installations and the silos, hoppers, tanks, mixers and piping system. Depending on the application, we can also use even higher-grade materials such as titanium, hastelloy, (super) duplex and cunifer, but steel or plastics are also possible.
